GRAPHIC CHART SAMPLES

These charts were created in my studio. They are story maps of interviews of grantees of the Quixote Foundation. I used the snaking pathway to support the journey theme that was central to the interviews. Each story map explores the individual’s journey’s into their work as agents for change - those who are realizing Quixote’s mission of creating “Free people, in fair societies, on a healthy planet.” CLICK FOR LARGER IMAGE

My role during this conference was as graphic recorder. I produced multiple charts for different break out sessions. Then created this summary chart in my studio to provide an overview of the experience.

This chart is an example of graphic recording. My role during this stakeholder dialogue was as listener and scribe. This chart was 4 feet high and 8 feet long.

This story map was commissioned to convey why IslandWood created its urban graduate program, how that program was unique, and what students and communities will gain from the experience. It is the foundation of an animated sketch video that I did which you can view here.

This is my standard meeting start up chart detailing the outcomes, agenda, roles and agreements of the session. Taking the time to go over the “big picture” (this is a 4’x’8 chart) ensures that we are all starting on the same page.

This chart is an example of graphic recording. My role during this international convening of museum educators was as listener and scribe. This chart was 4 feet high and 16 feet long.
